Welcome to Hefley Engine

ARTICLES IN THIS NEWS.

1. SEE THE ROTARY ENGINE

2. HEFLEY ENGINE TESTED FOR ECONOMY

3. PREPARING TO GO PUBLIC

1. ROTARY ENGINE.

We do have one example of the ROTARY ENGINE on this website but it is kept in a secret location. Please note the Rotary version of our engine has ALL of the advantages of the basic engine plus the advantage of being a low friction ROTARY.

To see it in operation right here we will give you the secret location and secret password..

At the bottom of this page you will see the Hefley Workshop. That is NOT the rotary version. To access the Rotary version click on the HEFLEY LOGO at the bottom LEFT. A new window will open up, just put in your email address etc. Then use the secret password: levie

You will see the rotary in operation with a brief summary.

2. Hefley ASME test for economy

To summarize the results of this test: The Hefley Engine basic design with variable stroke can give up to 20 percent better economy than any of the currently available conventional engines. If you wish to view the entire test there is a link to this test at the bottom of this report.

Note: They were not aware that the Hefley Engine is available as a ROTARY, We hope they will soon test the Rotary Version. We expect an additional 15 to 20 percent improvement. That would give us 35 to 40 percent better economy than any conventional engine! Plus smoother and faster operation.

3. Preparing to GO PUBLIC

Getting to this point has not come easy. My personal funds of over a million and 15 years of testing designs and dealing with complex patents has brought me to this point.

Its time to go pubic and let others be a part of this operation. We are now looking for additional seed capital to help take us public and get our listing on the stock exchange.

For those who would like to work with us on these projects, please contact Mr. Hefley at the email at the bottom of this page.

Once the National Media covers our operation, thing will move along much faster.

Principles may contact Mr. Hefley at 602 705 9562.

Our new office phone and mail information will be available shortly.

Best email for Mr. Hefley..

The original conventional engine has been around for a good 100 years, and has only changed modestly in the last 50 years. Most of the improved fuel economy has come about recently, with the ability to have computers carefully administer the fuel, and turn it off when not needed. Most of the companies know we need a new and more efficient engine, one designed to somehow go that extra step to somehow give more economy without losing power.

But up to now, no one has been able to come up with a solution. Companies have billions invested in the current engines, its just easier to do more advertising then to really develop a new kind of engine. We are used to what we have, and perhaps we even love our trusted old friend that car, that engine that was a part of our life for so long! We really don’t want to let it go! And it’s a lot of trouble for a big company to commit to using a new and unproven product.

It takes years to just decide to go ahead. Maybe we are at a stand still. For the last 40 years Hefley Engine has worked and reworked its designs, always looking for that something new that will really work. and never quite satisfied until something near to perfection was created.

You have not heard about us simply because we were never completely satisfied with our designs. In fact, we see others still struggling with many of the designs we once considered, then discarded. While we will always be improving our product, we now have a great solution.

We developed an engine that changes its size from a large engine to a small engine. The large engine is always immediately available for full power, but most of the time full power is not required, so the engine automatically adjust to being a smaller engine to give that same economy as we expect of a smaller engine. The adjustments are done as the power is required and it is done smoothly and efficiently. These changes are done inside the engine in a smooth simple fashion. We weren’t satisfied until we made it simple and easy to manufacture and maintain.

Several others are trying to do the same thing, but their machinery is seriously lacking a simple and efficient manner to effect these changes. If you look carefully at our website, you will see exactly what we can do. But we go one step further to explain how we do it.

“The Hefley Workshop” This portion of our website, is generally produced for those who have considerable experience in engine design. We don’t expect everyone to fully comprehend it, but feel we needed to reveal our secrets or run the risk of creating doubters.

This variable displacement engine was originally made for gasoline, but we also found a great bonus, we need only add a few additional parts and it was able to change its compression ratio. This change makes it possible to run on gasoline, but also on most of the other suitable alternative fuels. That’s just a bonus!

We call the engine that can run on any fuel the "Hefley X2 engine".

Our next step is to make good reliable operating engines that can be produced and placed in operation and made available to the public. Once that is done, we expect to save billions of gallons of the world’s dwindling natural fuel supplies.
Professional engine designers use a test to see how their engine will run after it is built. The computerized ASME test is somewhat complex but tells professionals a lot about the engine design.
Our engine was originally designed as a variable displacement ROTARY engine. Because of all of the new technology in our basic designed, so far we have not said much about the rotary version, even though this gives us another great advantage.
This Hefley X2 has all the features as the X1 but it also will adjust to a wide variety of fuels. It has adjustable compression ratio built in.

It can run on regular or high test gas, E85 ethanol, diesel, bio-diesel and other fuels still under development.

All was top secret

For years we have been determined to make a completely new and  highly efficient engine. We new made designs, analyzed, made models, prototypes. There has been no news from us because we were never completely satisfied.
